Many health insurance plans include out-of-network mental health benefits, but coverage varies widely. Typically, if you have out-of-network benefits on your insurance plan, your insurance may cover 50% to 80% after your annual deductible is met. For more information about submitting to insurance, read this article. You can also use your HSA/FSA to pay for services.
