Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is the most thoroughly researched form of psychotherapy practiced today, with hundreds of studies supporting its effectiveness for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and more. Rather than open-ended talk therapy, CBT is structured, focused on the present, and built around practical skills. Clients leave sessions with tools they can start using right away and keep for life. CBT is at the center of Dr. Morgan’s work, and he also trains and supervises other therapists in it.

He often uses short-term, structured approaches with strong research support for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and more, and tracks progress along the way so you always know where you stand.

Psychological Evaluation
A thorough psychological evaluation can bring clarity to questions that have gone unanswered for years. Dr. Morgan conducts assessments to clarify a diagnosis and better understand an individual’s personality and mental health, as well as evaluations for neurodivergence such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. Testing takes place in a comfortable, private setting, and his reports are detailed, readable, and end with clear recommendations for next steps.

Psychoeducational Evaluations
A psychoeducational evaluation is a comprehensive, standardized assessment of cognitive abilities, academic achievement, and emotional functioning. It identifies what’s behind academic, behavioral, or learning difficulties and shows how a student learns best. Once issues are identified, students may qualify for academic accommodations and supports.
